2/29/08: A class action lawsuit has been filed against a surgical center believed to have spread hepatitis C by reusing syringes and vials of medication.

As many as 40,000 patients might have been accidentally exposed to HIV and Hepatitis C by a hospital that re-used syringes. Teri Okita reports.
