NYC (There's No Need to Stop) is the second single from the album Simpatico by British band The Charlatans (known in the United States as The Charlatans UK), released on July 3, 2006. "Hard to Be You (Song For Carl)" was written for Dirty Pretty Things singer and former Libertine Carl Barât.

NYC is a song by New York City-based Indie Rock band Interpol, from their debut album Turn on the Bright Lights, a line which is derived from the song. It was released in 2002 as the second single of that album.

A music video for the song was produced. It features the band in a montage of pictures and designs as well as footage in a park at night. The video was directed by Doug Aitkens.
